On Sunday, though, cars couldn’t even brave these sub-zero temperatures. Dozens were stuck with dying batteries across town. In Glenwood, packing on layers is the name of the game. Dale Dececco was in full winter attire as he snow blows his driveway. Dale’s biggest concern is having a warm home.
